Reservation Requirements
Your reservation is guaranteed on receipt of payment. This can be done securely on our Reservations Page.
A minimum stay of three (3) nights' stay is required expect for the period 15 December to 14 January, when our minimum stay is seven (7) nights.
Payment Policy
Full payment for your accommodation is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made securely by credit card transaction (Visa or Master Card), or bank transfer. Details are available on our Reservations Page.
You will receive immediate confirmation of your reservation when payment is made by credit card; bank transfer reservations will be confirmed as soon as the funds are received into our bank account.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A pre-authorization for US$500.00 will be held on your credit card on the day of arrival as a security deposit. This is in the event of damage or loss to the building, fixtures and fittings. Security deposits are released within 48 hours of departure.
Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on property, and rates are based on minimum occupancy per unit. You are responsible for confirming the number of guests at the point of reservation. Should the number of guests exceed those in the reservation, Krysnatash Investments Ltd reserves the right to adjust the reservation costs OR cancel the reservation, with applicable penalties.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION BY YOU
All cancelations carry a penalty equal to two nights' stay. In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded as detailed below:
Six (6) weeks or more prior to arrival date:
Full refund less penalty (2 nights' stay) and associated bank charges.
Between 41 and 15 days prior to arrival date:
A refund of 50% of the deposit will be refunded, less any associated bank charges.
Between 14 and 0 days prior to your arrival date:
A penalty of 100% of reservation costs will be applied.
Cancellations as a result of internationally declared pandemic conditions or natural disasters, will be refunded in full (less any bank or credit card fees)
We strongly recommend that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, ill health, personal belongings, public liability etc.
*All refunds will be applied to the payment method used at the time of reservation: credit card refunds to the credit card used; bank transfer refunds to the bank account from which payment was received.
IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation, for whatever reason, Krysnatash Investments will issue a full refund.
Check In / Check Out Times
Check-in time is from 3.00 p.m. on the date of your reservation, which check-out is 11.00 a.m. on the final day of your stay.
If you have not checked out by 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of departure, the equivalent of one night's stay will be charged.
