Reservation Requirements

To secure your bookings, we need a deposit of 50% and valid credit card details (Master Card or Visa Card).


The remaining balance must be paid six (6) weeks prior to arrival.  All payments will be acknowledged by email.


A minimum stay of two (2) nights is required.

Payment Policy

Full payment for your accommodation is required 6 weeks before your  arrival date, or at the point of booking whichever is the less and  whether requested by us or not.  


Krysnatash Investments Ltd (registered owners of Sungold House) will not accept  responsibility for cash sent through the post.


Payment can be made by  credit card transaction (visa, or master card), Paypal or bank transfer. Details are available on request.


Booking confirmation will be sent by email. 


If the balance of payment is not paid within 30 working days of it  being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the accommodation  booking.

 
Please note  THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO NIGHT'S STAY IS  NON-REFUNDABLE

CANCELLATION BY YOU
In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, provided we are  notified 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, Krysnatash Investments Ltd will refund full  payment MINUS THE  NON REFUNDABLE PORTION OF THE DEPOSIT and ANY ASSOCIATED BANK OR CREDIT CARD CHARGES.


Any cancellations received after the 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, there will be NO REFUND.


Customers are strongly recommended to arrange comprehensive travel  insurance to cover cancellation, ill health, personal belongings, public  liability etc.
