To secure your bookings, we need a deposit of 50% at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid two (2) weeks prior to arrival. All payments will be acknowledged by email.
A minimum stay of two (2) nights is required.
Full payment for your accommodation is required 2 weeks before your arrival date, or at the point of booking whichever is the less and whether requested by us or not.
Krysnatash Investments Ltd (registered owners of Sungold House) will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post.

Booking confirmation will be sent by email.
If the balance of payment is not paid within 07 days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply our cancellation policy.
Please note THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO NIGHT'S STAY IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION BY YOU
In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, provided we are notified 15 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% of the deposit paid, less ANY ASSOCIATED BANK OR CREDIT CARD CHARGES.
For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, there will be NO REFUND.
Customers are strongly recommended to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, ill health, personal belongings, public liability etc.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19 are FULLY REFUNDABLE (less any bank or credit card charges incurred) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy detailed above.
